If you do experience headache(s) during your first days taking DIM, there are two things that you have to know:
A. They will go away.
The headaches are not a constant result of DIM usage, but rather, the result of hormonal shift and correction that is taking place in your body. Once the most dramatic corrections have been made, and levels are no longer in flux, detox-like symptoms also disappear.
B. A rough first few days should actually be encouraging.
Because headaches and fatigue are the result of significant hormone shifting, they should actually be an encouragement that DIM is the right supplement for you. Hormone correction that is significant enough to cause a few days of discomfort, is also hormone correction that is significant enough to make a huge difference in your ongoing hormonal health. In fact, many of the people that have the most significant gains from DIM will experience headaches or fatigue in the first few days. We have added Calcium D-Glucarete to help reduce the the detox-like phase of DIM if it is just too much for you, we recommend adding more Calcium D-Glucarete. It binds to metabolized hormones, and keeps them from sneaking back into the blood, which can greatly reduce unpleasant symptoms.

Here at MassForLife we understand that customers change their minds or may not react well to certain supplements. As long as you return the item within 30 days of purchase, you can receive a refund (minus original & return shipping costs for unopened products) or an in-store credit (if the product has been opened).
We will not accept returns or exchanges on the items that you have received from a previous return of an opened item. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
•If your purchase came with a free item, the free item must be returned as well or you will be charged the product price for the free item.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All returns must be accompanied by a MassForLife Return Processing Authorization (RPA) Number. Call 424-318-2055- or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and ask for a return processing authorization number. This number must appear on your return label.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, gift cards, discontinued items, blowoutsale, and clearance items cannot be returned.
Damaged Items •Damaged Products must be received by us before any refunds. •We will need proof of the damage which can be given with a detailed photo of damaged item (if open or cracked, we need to see the bottle open), the invoice, and the packaging you received this in. For damaged products, we may issue a store credit for you with proper proof. We do this because of fraud. •All problems with orders must be reported within 72 hours upon receiving them.
Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges Customer pays for return shipping and for re-shipping the exchange (unless noted free shipping on website).
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide return shipping labels for customers outside the United States.
We are not responsible for packages seized through customs. Please verify that the ingredients for the products you are shipping international is accepted in your country.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. It can sometimes take up to 7-10 business days. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable (original and return). If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
