Directions For GO:
Use on training days only. Take one (1) serving (1 scoop) approximately 15-30 minutes prior to training, blended into 6-8 ounces (177-240mL) of cold water or beverage, or as suggested by a qualified healthcare practitioner.

Important Note(s):
Do not exceed one (1) serving (1 scoop) per training day. Avoid eating food or drinking a protein shake within an hour after consuming GO. To avoid sleeplessness, do not take within four (4) hours of bedtime. Taking GO with food, or on a full stomach, may diminish its effects. Many individuals notice the initial energy, mental focus, and volumizing effects within just 5-15 minutes of ingestion, with a progressive increase every few minutes thereafter. Others may begin to notice initial signs within 30-45 minutes of ingestion.

Warnings:
Not intended for use by persons under age 18. Do not exceed recommended dose. Do not take for more than eight (8) consecutive weeks. This product should not be taken by pregnant or lactating women. Get the consent of a licensed physician before using this product, especially if you are taking medication, have a medical condition, or thinking about becoming pregnant. Caffeine Warning:The recommended serving of this product contains approximately as much caffeine as three cups of coffee. Do not consume caffeine, or combine with synephrine from other sources, including but not limited to coffee, tea, soda and other dietary supplements or medications containing phenylephrine or caffeine. Too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness, and occasionally rapid heartbeat. Discontinue use if you experience dizziness, severe headache, rapid heartbeat or shortness of breath.

Unfortunately, we are no longer able to provide card processing services. The credit card processing companies consider many of the products we sell as “high risk” supplements and will not allow the transaction. Most supplements company are processing cards overseas at a very high cost. We offer discounts pricing so we can save our customers $$$. We are the same owners since 1979. 

 

Here at MassForLife we understand that customers change their minds or may not react well to certain supplements. As long as you return the item within 30 days of purchase, you can receive a refund (minus original & return shipping costs for unopened products) or an in-store credit (if the product has been opened).

We will not accept returns or exchanges on the items that you have received from a previous return of an opened item. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

•If your purchase came with a free item, the free item must be returned as well or you will be charged the product price for the free item.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All returns must be accompanied by a MassForLife Return Processing Authorization (RPA) Number. Call 424-318-2055- or email us at bodyandfitnessgroup@gmail.com and ask for a return processing authorization number. This number must appear on your return label.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, gift cards, discontinued items, blowoutsale, and clearance items cannot be returned.

Damaged Items
•Damaged Products must be received by us before any refunds.
•We will need proof of the damage which can be given with a detailed photo of damaged item (if open or cracked, we need to see the bottle open), the invoice, and the packaging you received this in.  For damaged products, we may issue a store credit for you with proper proof. We do this because of fraud.
•All problems with orders must be reported within 72 hours upon receiving them.

 Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges
Customer pays for return shipping and for re-shipping the exchange (unless noted free shipping on website).

International Customers 

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide return shipping labels for customers outside the United States.

We are not responsible for packages seized through customs. Please verify that the ingredients for the products you are shipping international is accepted in your country. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. It can sometimes take up to 7-10 business days. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at bodyandfitnessgroupe@gmail.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable (original and return). If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
